Why it matters here
South Carolina humidity is the whole problem. Warm, wet air feeds algae, mildew and moss, and they do not just sit on a surface looking bad. Organic growth holds moisture against siding, roofing and wood, and moisture is what actually causes the damage. How long does a job take?

Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
Not the way we do it. Anything that cannot take high pressure gets soft washed instead, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution. Matching the method to the surface is the whole job.
