Pressure Washing
Concrete, brick and hard surfaces across the Pee Dee pick up dirt, algae and years of weather. We wash driveways, sidewalks, patios and walkways back to the colour they started out.
Soft Washing
Some surfaces across the Pee Dee should never see high pressure. Vinyl siding, painted wood and shingle roofs get soft washed instead, using low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae rather than blasting it off.
House Washing
A full exterior house wash across the Pee Dee covers siding, brick, soffits and trim. Each surface gets the method it can take, which is why we do not point one pressure setting at an entire house.
Commercial Pressure Washing
Metal buildings, warehouses, storefronts and apartment complexes across the Pee Dee. We have washed everything from single units up to full apartment complexes, and we work around your hours rather than shutting your operation down.
Exterior Painting
Exterior painting across the Pee Dee starts with a proper wash. Paint put over a dirty surface fails early, and washing is what we do all day, so the prep is done right before a brush comes out.

Surfaces get identified before anything is quoted. Vinyl, brick, stucco, metal and shingle all take different methods, and guessing is how people end up with water in a wall or granules off a roof.

Common questions
Which service does my property need?
If it is dirty, it is a washing job; the surface decides whether that is pressure or soft washing. If the surface itself has failed, it is a painting or refinishing job. Describe what you are looking at and we will tell you which.
Can you do more than one service on the same visit?
Yes, and most customers do. Washing then painting in one trip is the common one, because the wash is the prep step for the paint anyway.
Do you work on commercial property?
Yes. Metal buildings, warehouses, storefronts and apartment complexes are regular work alongside residential.
